During the initial part of your session, I will engage in a meaningful conversation to understand what truly matters to you and what you hope to achieve through our work together. We will explore your emotions and dive deeper into significant events, traumas, and any other aspects that are currently surfacing in your life.
To uncover the core beliefs impacting your well-being, I employ the powerful technique of kinesiology, or muscle testing. Muscle testing allows us to bypass the conscious brain, which often fails to provide accurate answers, as beliefs are primarily held unconsciously, operating in the background of your life and influencing your decisions, behaviours, and thought patterns.
Some common examples of core beliefs include feelings of isolation, inadequacy, fear of judgment, and the perception that life is inherently challenging.
Once we have identified your limiting beliefs, we embark on the final part of the session, known as the timeline or regression phase. During this time, I will guide you through a quick relaxation exercise, ensuring your comfort and relaxation.
It's important to note that Root Cause Therapy is not hypnotherapy. Instead, it unveils the underlying dynamics beneath the surface, allowing you to consciously become aware of them. Within this safe and supportive framework, you have the opportunity to understand how your core beliefs originated and how they continue to impact your everyday life.
As a practitioner I will guide you through your timeline, helping you identify how specific events have influenced your subconscious mind. While you may not consciously remember some of these events, as many beliefs are formed before the age of 7, your unconscious mind has absorbed and stored every experience, along with its associated emotions.
This is where you can release those emotions consciously and gain valuable insights from each event. You might wonder if revisiting these events will retraumatize you.
